Leading products of the company include double-sided submerged arc spiral seam welded pipes with the diameter of 219mm-3420mm and the wall thickness of 6mm-26mm and large-caliber thick-wall (thickness up to 70mm) double-sided submerged arc longitudinal seam welded pipes, with the annual output of 80,000 tons. Products of the company are widely applied to delivery pipelines and piling in industries of natural gas, petroleum, chemicals, electricity, heating power, water supply and sewage, sugaring and papermaking, subway steel shotcrete and steel structures, etc. To ensure welding quality, the company introduces advanced Lincoln welding equipment, mating nondestructive testing equipment and physical and chemical inspection equipment, adopts portable X-ray full weld seam detection, ultrasonic flaw detection and hydrostatic test, and builds complete quality control points and detection points as well as complete technological process.
