Process and precautions of steel support process

Page view:

Steel supports are generally inclined connecting members, the most common of which are herringbone and cross-shaped. The cross-sectional form can be steel pipes, H-shaped steel, angle steel, etc. The function is to enhance the stability of the structure. The following Guangxi Nanning Canghai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. will introduce the steel pipe support process to you:

1. The type of steel pipe support is mostly a pair of braces or gussets as shown in the following figure. When it is a pair of braces, it is to increase the spacing. At the end, it can be added to reduce the internal force of the steel purlin. Longer can also add webs to form a truss type support

2. The vertical and horizontal steel pipes of the brace cross, can be stacked up and down, and a special + -shaped joint can be added to the + -shaped joint. The vertical and horizontal steel pipes are in the same plane so that the steel pipe supports form a flat steel frame. Good performance

3. When supported by steel pipes, the purlins of the retaining wall can be reinforced concrete purlins, or steel profile purlins. The former has high rigidity, high bearing capacity, and can increase the spacing between the supporting walls. The gap between the retaining wall and the purlin should be filled with fine stone concrete. real

Precautions for steel support installation:

1. Before construction, you should be familiar with the drawings and various calculations of the support system, master the methods of excavation and support setting, pre-top force and the requirements of surrounding environmental protection.

2. During the construction process, the excavation and support procedures and time should be strictly controlled. For the position of the support (including the position of the column and the column pile), the depth of each layer of excavation, the pre-topping force (if necessary) and the steel purlin and The closeness of the enclosure or support to the purlin should be carefully checked.

3. After the installation of all supports, the normal operation of the entire system should be maintained until the supports are completely removed.

4. The support system as a permanent structure should still meet the requirements of the current national standard "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Concrete Structure Engineering" GB50204.
